 Designed for concentration in water medium ores and sands containing hard fine-grainy minerals by means of jigging on centrifugal fields.
Used in concentration non-ferrous plants. СОМ is different from usual centrifugal separators by accomplishing jigging and centrifugation simultaneously in rising pulsated stream.
СОМ can be used for:
preconcentration during parallel work of centrifugal modals;
recleaning light faction during consecutive work of centrifugal modals.
Advantages:
uninterrupted self-load of products of separation;
balanced system of vibrations of jig section;
simple construction, reliable in operations, comfortable in exploitation and low price.
There was received extraction of gold impurity to concentrate 94 96% including gold percentage of particles up to 0.25 0.1 mm exceeds 97- 98%, finer 0.1 mm 89 - 91%; concentrate exit 6 - 12%. |
