Immersion automatic filtering and self-unloading centrifuge is designed for refining of melted non-ferrous metals and alloys with low melting temperature from solid insoluble impurities. Used at non-ferrous metallurgy plants producing tin, lead and their alloys. The centrifuge works together with refining vats with diameter from 1,5 to 2,5 meters. The centrifuge allows to conduct the refining process under a dropping temperature, which enables to achieve maximum removal of iron and arsenic and exclude manual labour while removing these impurities from rough metal. The machine is highly productive, reliable in operation, its usage allows to reduce loss of non-ferrous metal, increase productivity of refining workers up to 3 times, and considerably reduce usage of reagents. |
